Given the effectiveness of professional photography in marketing homes it should be given high priority in home marketing budgets
NAR home buyer survey* indicates that quality photography provides a significant home marketing advantage.
According to US National Association of Realtors:
1. 81% of home buyers used the Internet during their home search
2. Home buyers rated photographs as the most useful tool in their home search
3. 24% of home buyers got their first glimpses of their new homes on the Web, up from 2% in 1997
These facts indicate that quality
photographs give a huge marketing
advantage to real estate agents.
