Here are my rates for photographing a listing:
Standard shoot………………………………………………………………$99.00 For homes up to 3000 sf, includes 20 finished images and a high quality large image slide show that can be used as a online home tour. Plus a Personalized to each Agent Virtual Tour is included for all photo shoots. This shoot will take approximately 1.5 hours.
Large home shoot………………………………………………………….$149.00 For homes over 3000 sf, includes 25 finished images and a high quality, large image slide show that can be used as an online home tour. Plus a Personalized to each Agent Virtual Tour is included for all photo shoots. This shoot will take approximately 2.5 hours.
Twilight exterior only shoot or repeat visit…………………$125.00 One to five images scheduled to take advantage of unique natural lighting conditions.
Elevated pole (PAP) exterior photograph……………………$100.00 One to five images taken from an elevated point of view (approximately 15’).
CD or DVD slide show…………………………………………………..$35.00 The CDs and DVDs make excellent gifts for buyers or sellers. CDs contain the slide show that will automatically play on a Windows PC and DVDs contain the slide show that will play on a standard DVD player and home TV.
